Members-only events · DC men 35–65

Did we just become
best friends? From the founder of Hens, the 1,300‑member DC community for women.

Stags members at a rooftop bar in DC

People move. Friends get married. Kids take over. Suddenly, grabbing a beer requires six weeks' notice.

What you need is to know when the next Hens x Stags event is, who is free Thursday, who wants the extra ticket, and who can make the tee time.

That's Stags. Golf, poker, games, dinners, concerts—already on the calendar, with guys who won't ask about your security clearance or if you work on the Hill.

Launching this fall in Washington, DC. The waitlist gets the first invitations.

Built by the founder of Hens

Betsy Silverstine built Hens into a DC community of more than 1,300 women, one event at a time.

She created Stags to bring that same momentum to DC men ages 35–65: a calendar that's already full.

Membership

Worth it after one good night out.

For $9.99 per month—or $79 per year—you get every plan, every member, every ticket that goes spare, and the Hens x Stags nights.

But access is not the promise. Activity is. Stags keeps the calendar active, shows who's going, runs regular events, and makes the next opportunity easy to find.

Membership starts with a short application. Every member is reviewed before receiving directory access.

FAQ

Is Stags a dating app?

No. Stags is a social club built around friendship and shared plans. Members who use it to solicit dates will lose access.

Who can join?

Stags is for men ages 35–65 across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Membership begins with a short application, and every applicant is reviewed before receiving directory access. Profile photos must show your face.

What does a membership include?

The full member directory, plans on the calendar, the member board, direct and group messaging, and member events, including Hens x Stags nights. Ticketed events are priced separately and clearly marked. Membership is $9.99 per month or $79 per year, billed in the app. Cancel anytime.

How do plans work?

A member posts a plan with a date, time, place, and clear description—or Stags does, including the Thursday happy hour and select events with Hens. You tap “Going,” “Interested,” or “Not Going,” add it to your calendar with one tap, and sort out the logistics in the comments. Ticketed events display the price and payment link upfront.

How do I cancel?

Cancel through the service you used to subscribe: the App Store, Google Play, or the billing link in your receipt. You may also contact support@mystags.co for help. Access continues through your paid period, and you can rejoin at any time.
