A person reads every message sent to support@mystags.co. We aim to reply within two business days.
Contact
Email support@mystags.co from the address on your account. Include your name and, if it is about a plan or a post, the date and title so we can find it quickly.
Your account
Application status. Every application is reviewed by a person. If you have not heard back within a week, email us.
Updating your profile. Open Profile in the app and tap Update profile to change your photo, bio, neighborhood, occupation, interests, and lifestyle tags.
Login problems. Email us from the address on your account and we will get you back in.
Delete your account
You can delete your account at any time. Email support@mystags.co from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We will confirm the request, close the account, and delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except for the records we are required to keep, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play; cancel that with Apple or Google first.
Membership and billing
Cancel. Cancel through the service you used to subscribe: the App Store, Google Play, or the billing link in your receipt. If you need help, email support@mystags.co. Access continues through your paid period, and you can rejoin at any time.
Refunds. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple and Google under their policies. For web subscriptions, email us.
Ticketed events. Some events are ticketed separately from membership. The price, the payment link, and any refund terms are on the event. Questions about a ticket go to support@mystags.co.
Report a member or a post
Use Block and Report in the app, or email us with the member's name and what happened. Reports are reviewed by a person and kept confidential from the member being reported. Harassment, threats, sexual solicitation, hate, and behavior that endangers another member result in immediate removal, as set out in the Community Guidelines.
Privacy requests
To request a copy of your personal information or to correct it, email us from the address on your account. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Not a crisis service
Stags is a social club, not an emergency, crisis, or clinical service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For emotional distress or suicidal crisis support, call or text 988 or visit 988lifeline.org.
